Hi, I'm Jeremy Braun and I'd love to assist you. We can help in the design of a major remodel or specifically tailored custom build. We can help in the development analysis of any raw land considered, including grading and utilities. 


My background is in custom home design and build, as well as land acquisition and development expertise. It is very important to understand the site constraints of any particular lot you are considering to build upon. 

Besides design / build of several 4000 to 7000 sf custom homes, as well as many smaller, we have a design company with some of the best architects who will customize the best layout for your desires on your specifically chosen lot.

I have expertise in hard rock excavation, grading and lot preparation, trenching for underground utility placement, as well as being one of the foremost experts in alternative septic systems that are affordable and specifically designed for the foothills rocky conditions.  

I have developed 100 acres in NW Tucson into 1 acre lots, as well as the prestigious Mira Vista Estates, in the northeast Catalina Foothills of Tucson. Working with the best engineers and road layout experts, I learned the value of placement of driveways and siting to maximize the privacy of every lot in the gated subdivision. 

This mile wide vacant land parcel was transformed from vacant land, to very exciting gated subdivision, with sweeping views of 5 mountain ranges and city lights below.  

It is very important to understand all of the steps, constraints, and costs to prepare your lot for the design and build of your new home.

I have learned a lot from my experience in grading and excavating and providing several miles of roads and utilities, as well as installing wash crossings, working with designers and engineers. This background developing and construction management should prove very helpful when it comes to your determination and comparison of one lot to another. Analyzing the basic needs and costs can be crucial in comparing apples to apples to get from raw land to built home.

Value engineering starts with understanding location of utilities, slope of the lot, HDZ cross slope regulation and our design for any sloped lot in Pima County to get a permit, costs of site prep and designing a home specifically to fit your home needs and desires tailored to your specific lot.

While this is a lot to consider, I have helped dozens of people with the process of selecting, designing, or building, from their house pad, their pools, retaining walls, or ultimate custom home.
